Zach Cockrell
Manager
Zach is a San Diego, California native and has spent many years of his life in Georgia and Beaufort, NC. Being in the military for 9 years, he has traveled many places and has developed a love for adventure and discovering different cultures. He loves spending time with his two daughters, family and friends, girlfriend Kelly and dogs Kaia and Piper. Zach has many passions for outside activities including hiking, camping, playing cribbage, baseball (Go Padres), riding his bike and spending time out on the water. Zach started his beer journey homebrewing with his father and loves his passion for craft beer. As manager of the Brew House, Zach over sees events, social media, and day to day operations.
Schuyler Munden
Head Brewer
Head Brewer Schuyler Munden is a homegrown Carterican native and has spent his life enjoying all that our area has to offer. A life long outdoor enthusiast, Schuyler has always had a love for nature, plants, hunting and the ocean. This led him to obtaining a horticulture degree from NC State University. As a longtime homebrewer, Schuyler developed a love for beer making and the art it takes to create. He says being an artist at heart makes life and the journey so much more beautiful. As our full time Head Brewer, Schuyler has created over 100 different brews that have been featured in our tap room and have won awards across the state.
AJ Bell
Assistan Brewer
Amanda Jane is from Utah and now resides in Beaufort, NC. After 22 years in the natural foods industry, she stays home with her two daughters when not slinging beers at the brew house. Amanda loves hanging at the beach, exploring historic NC, riding bikes, and spending time with family and friends. “Moving so far from home was an adjustment for me - Fishtowne was one of the first places we would hang out, have some amazing beers and meet new people. Everyone was always so friendly and welcoming and helped us feel at home. I'm happy to officially be part of the Fishtowne family and local Beaufort life.”
